The 1.5% platform fee applies only to payments collected online through Domovleno. Online payments settle directly to your own account — the fee is recorded per payment and billed to you separately, never deducted from what your client pays. Cash and in-person payments are never charged.

Messaging is included on both plans. Telegram, Facebook, and Instagram carry no per-message fee; Viber and WhatsApp charge their own third-party fees (Viber's bot-initiated messages, Meta template pricing), billed by the provider directly to your account — never marked up by us. Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan stays free with no time limit — unlimited bookings, staff, locations and your online booking page. We make money when you grow into the Pro features.
What's in the business website, and is it Pro-only?
Every plan has a booking page at your Domovleno address, with branding and AI brand suggestions included. Pro turns that address into a full website — about, services with descriptions, team, gallery, opening hours, FAQ and a promo bar — and adds SEO settings, your own domain and your own analytics tags. You can prepare the whole site on Free and publish it when you upgrade.
What happens when my Pro trial ends?
If you added a card when starting the trial, your Pro subscription continues automatically when it ends — cancel any time before then and nothing is charged. Without an active subscription the account moves to the Free plan, and the booking page, calendar and client base keep working. Your data stays put either way.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly later?
Yes. Switching from monthly to yearly applies the discount at your next billing cycle. Switching from yearly to monthly schedules the change for your renewal date — no surprise refunds.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing tab in a couple of clicks. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then drop to Free — your data stays.
What are top-ups?
Need more in a busy month? Buy extra emails on any plan, plus SMS and AI-assistant credits on Pro, as one-time bundles — no plan change. The credits never expire and are only used after your included allowance runs out.
Can I bring my data from another system?
Yes, and it's free on every plan — including Free. Drop in whatever your old system gave you (exports, spreadsheets, even PDFs and photos) and we read it for you: clients, visit history, services, team and future bookings.
