WayForPay and EasyPay — two more ways to take payments online

WayForPay and EasyPay join LiqPay, monobank and Stripe. Connect your merchant account in Settings → Integrations, pick the provider for a location, and clients pay online right as they book. Refunds are made from the appointment card, and if connecting gets stuck, we'll help — for free.

Opportunities: discounts and gifts in playbooks, plus four new signals

Radar now spots four more moments: a client who came once and hasn't been back, a client's upcoming birthday, a no-show or cancellation, and a happy client who could leave a review. A playbook can now carry an offer — a percentage or fixed discount, or a free service, valid until a date you set — and the discount applies automatically when the client books through the link. Messages can also go to messengers, and "Call" mode turns a playbook into a call list with a suggested line for each client.

Your booking page with your business card — and a note from the client

Your booking page now opens straight on choosing a service, next to your business card: your photo or logo, "Open today until …", a short description, phone, Instagram and Telegram. Fill it in under Settings → Business profile → "Description and contacts" — Domovleno can even write the description for you. Clients can also leave a comment with their booking: you'll see it on the appointment and in the new-booking alert.

Sign in with a code from your email

Opened Domovleno from Instagram or on a new phone, and the password isn't saved? On the sign-in page, tap "Email me a sign-in code" and use the six-digit code from the email. The code works for 10 minutes and only once, and two-factor protection, if you turned it on, stays in place.

You choose how far ahead clients can book

Don't want clients booking three months out while your schedule isn't set yet? In Settings → Business profile, pick your online booking horizon: 14, 30, 60 or 90 days, or no limit. The calendar on your booking page ends exactly where you decided.

Set up in three screens

A new account is now set up in three steps: "About you", "Services" and "When and where". If you've picked your field, typical services are already filled in — keep the ones you offer and adjust the prices — and Mon–Fri 9–18 is preselected. Appointments you already have this week can come in as a list pasted from your notes, as contacts from your phone, or as a Google or Apple Calendar file.

Solo mode — for when it's just you

If you're the only one taking bookings, Domovleno no longer shows you the team sections: the menu is My profile, Calendar, Clients, Services and My page, with the rest under "More". On a phone the admin opens on "Today": the day's bookings, a "New booking" button and your page link with "Share". Switch any time in Settings → Work mode.

Add a client with just a name

Booked someone over the phone or in a chat and don't have their contacts to hand? A new client now needs only a name — phone and email are optional. Such a client is marked "No reminders": Domovleno sends them nothing until you add a contact. Your online booking page still asks clients for a contact, as before.

Two free tools: a no-show calculator and booking rules

Two tools on the Domovleno site, no sign-up needed. The no-show calculator shows how much money and how many working hours missed appointments cost you each month. The policy generator writes your cancellation, payment and lateness rules — ready text for Instagram, your site and a service description.

Booking links with a proper preview

When you share your booking page in Telegram, Viber or Instagram, people now see a card instead of a grey address: your logo, your business name and the line "Book online with …: choose a service and a time that suits you." The link looks neat — and gets tapped.
