Booking software for tyre shops, with online booking for the seasonal change

Domovleno is Ukrainian booking software for tyre shops: drivers book the seasonal change from a link, every bay is its own calendar, different rim sizes take different time, and reminders 24 and 2 hours before go out on their own. Free forever plan, set up in an evening — before the first frost.

The product

Here's what it looks like at a tyre shop

The booking page is what a driver opens from your link: the service by rim size and a free time. The bay calendar is where the booking lands on its own. Here are both sides of one booking.

In short

Is Domovleno right for a tyre shop?

Yes, if drivers book a time with you — on one bay or several. The driver picks a service by rim size, gets reminders and reschedules on their own, and you put walk-ins in free windows. The Free plan covers booking with no limit; Pro adds SMS reminders and separate logins for fitters.

A good fit if

  • A one- or two-bay tyre shop where the fitter answers calls and wants some drivers to book a free time from a link in season.
  • A shop with regular clients: at the start of the season you send them the booking link on Viber or Telegram yourself — and booked drivers arrive at their time instead of joining the queue.
  • A tyre shop that wants reminders to go out automatically instead of calling every client the day before.

Worth knowing first

  • A bay or lift isn't booked on its own — scheduling is by specialist. Set up each bay as a separate «specialist» calendar: then one bay holds one booking at a time. If fitters move between bays, keep track of that yourself — such a calendar doesn't block the lift for others.
  • The system doesn't run a walk-in queue: online, people book a specific time at least 30 minutes ahead, and there's no waiting list. Put walk-ins into a free window yourself — the system won't let them overlap booked clients.
  • Clients book without an account with a name and a phone number, but without an email reminders go only by SMS, and SMS is Pro-only. On the free plan, drivers without email get no reminders.
  • There's no tyre stock, till or job cards here — this is booking, calendar and reminders. Write the car make, rim size and the shelf where a client's stored set lives in the client's internal note.

Three headaches for a tyre shop in season

01
The first frost — and the phone won't stop
Within a few days everyone wants their tyres changed. You write bookings on scraps of paper between wheels, ask about rim size again, and some calls go unanswered.
02
Booked drivers and walk-ins in one queue
Someone waits longer than their slot, and an argument at the gate is never far off. A time promised on the phone means nothing to the queue outside.
03
Half an hour for every car
R14 on steel rims and R20 low-profile are different jobs. In a notebook they take the same time, and one tricky set pushes the whole day back.
One day

A seasonal day at a tyre shop with Domovleno

Not a feature list — what actually happens on a day of the seasonal change.

9:00
Both bays at a glance
You open the calendar: each bay is filled with its own bookings, and free windows show right away — that's where walk-ins go.
11:20
Bookings come in while you work
While you're balancing wheels, a driver opened the link from Google Maps and booked a free time. It's already in the bay's calendar.
13:00
Reminders went out on their own
Tomorrow's clients got their reminders. About the locking-bolt key, the driver read it while booking — in the service description.
16:40
A tricky set without shifting the day
A buffer after the service leaves a few minutes for a bent rim or an old puncture, so the next booking isn't left waiting at the gate.
19:30
Day closed — the numbers in front of you
Tyre changes, revenue and no-shows for the day are in analytics. You can see the busiest days of the season.
A sample day

A seasonal day: six services on one bay

This is a day when every service's duration is set by rim size — from an R14 car in the morning to balancing after lunch.

Durations and prices are illustrative — typical for the niche, not a statistic or a price list. Your own menu will differ; the table only shows how a day lands in the schedule.

What Domovleno does

Online booking for a tyre shop that holds up in season

A reminder before every booking

A confirmation right after booking and reminders 24 and 2 hours before: email on any plan, SMS on Pro. Whoever can't make it reschedules from the link — and the time frees up for someone else.

Online payment for pricier services

Online payment at booking can be turned on for individual services — the driver pays the full price through Ukrainian payment services, straight to your account. Your acquirer (mono or LiqPay) can issue the fiscal receipt from your own PRRO if you turn fiscalisation on.

The money goes straight to your account via Ukrainian payment providers — Domovleno never holds it. Your acquirer (mono or LiqPay) can issue the fiscal receipt once fiscalization is set up.

A link instead of calls at peak

A driver opens the link, picks the service by rim size and a free time — while you're working on wheels. Put the link in your Google Maps profile, on your website and on a QR code by the gate.

Every bay is its own calendar

Set up each bay as a separate «specialist» with its own schedule — then one bay holds one booking at a time. Rim-size groups and crossovers are separate services with their own durations.

Driver base and season analytics

Contacts, visit history and a note — car make, rim size, storage shelf — in one card. Analytics shows bay utilisation, revenue and no-shows by day — on any plan.

From practice

Questions from tyre shop owners

I bought a tyre shop and the previous owner handed over a plain notebook where fitters only wrote the day's takings. Can you keep client records at a tyre shop at all — and is it worth it?

Yes, and it pays off by the second season. The client card keeps contacts, visit history and a note — car make, rim size, storage shelf. Records from the notebook can be moved over for free: it reads a spreadsheet directly and photos of pages with AI; clients get no messages while it happens.

The season is coming. How do I bring in new clients when discount flyers barely worked and a roadside sign gets fined?

Domovleno doesn't bring clients by itself, but it lets the people who find you book right away. Put your booking link in your Google Maps profile, on your business website and on a QR code by the gate or on the receipt, and send it to your client base on Viber or Telegram at the start of the season.

A driver came «just to change tyres», and mid-job you find a bent or cracked rim and last season's punctures. Refuse and fit them as they are, or repair while the next booking is waiting?

Add a buffer after your services — a few spare minutes for surprises. If the job grows, drag the next booking to another time in the calendar: that client gets a reschedule notification.

Can you combine timed bookings and a walk-in queue so drivers don't argue at the gate?

Yes. Booked drivers have their time in the bay calendar and get reminders, and you put walk-ins into free windows. The system won't let you book someone over a driver who already has that slot; it doesn't manage the queue at the gate.

How do I set up booking on my website so a client picks a location, a day and a free time, can't pick a taken time, and gets an SMS reminder the day before?

Yes. If you have several locations, each has its own hours, bays and services — the driver picks the location, the day and a free time, and taken times simply don't show on the booking page. Reminders go out 24 and 2 hours before: email on any plan, SMS on Pro. The page can also be embedded on your own website.

Honestly about scope: what Domovleno doesn't do

Domovleno is booking, reminders, a client base, online payment and analytics. There's no tyre and rim stock, no till, no job cards and no walk-in queue management, and a bay is booked as its own calendar rather than as a resource. If what you need is order in seasonal bookings and fewer arguments at the gate, it works today.

Yes. The Free plan is enough: a booking page, calendar, client base and confirmations. The link takes bookings while you're working on wheels, and the phone rings less.
