The short version: a business owner can delete their Domovleno account themselves — in the "Domovleno — Client Booking" app or on the website, with no call and no reason needed. We first email a confirmation link, and after you confirm you get 14 days to change your mind. Then the business data is deleted for good; payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.
2. App and developer
This page covers the "Domovleno — Client Booking" app on the App Store and Google Play and the Domovleno web app — they share one account. The developer is Domovleno (Individual Entrepreneur MALINOVSKYI ROMAN OLEKSIIOVYCH; full details in the Public Offer). Wherever you delete the account, it is deleted everywhere at once.
3. Delete your account in the app
- Open the app and sign in as the business owner.
- Go to More → Settings.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap "Delete account".
- Review what will disappear and confirm it's you: enter your password. If you have no password (you sign in with Google, Apple or an email code), ask for a code — we email you 6 digits that work for 10 minutes.
- Open the email "Confirm deleting your Domovleno account", tap "Yes, delete my account", then "Delete the account" on the page that opens. The link works for 24 hours and only once.
Nothing is deleted until you press the button on the page from the email. Changed your mind? Just don't open the email.
4. Delete your account on the website
You don't need the app for this — any browser will do.
- Sign in to Domovleno as the business owner.
- Open Settings → Account → the "Data & privacy" section → "Delete account".
- Confirm it's you with your password or an email code, and press "Send the confirmation link".
- From there it's the same as in the app: the email, "Yes, delete my account", the confirmation page.
5. If you can't sign in
First try to get back in: the sign-in page has "Forgot password?" and "Sign in with a code from your email instead". Once you're in, you can delete the account yourself as described above.
If you can't or would rather not do it yourself, email us at support@domovleno.com or use the contact page: the business name and a request to delete the account. Writing from the email address the account is registered with is simplest. If you write from another address, we'll ask you to confirm the account is yours — for example, from the phone or messenger listed on the business's profile. We respond within 30 days. An account we deleted at your request can't be restored by signing in — if you change your mind, write to us as soon as you can.
6. 14 days to change your mind
As soon as you confirm the deletion:
- the booking page and the business website stop opening — clients can no longer book;
- reminders and other messages to clients stop; we don't notify clients about their upcoming appointments being cancelled either — let them know yourself;
- the subscription is cancelled — nothing more is charged;
- every sign-in — yours and your specialists' — ends on every device, and you stop getting our newsletter;
- we email you "Your Domovleno account will be deleted on" the date.
For 14 days the account can be brought back: sign in to Domovleno on the website — with your password, an email code or Google — and press "Restore the account". Bookings, clients, services and the site come back exactly as they were. The cancelled subscription doesn't restart by itself — subscribe again if you need it. After the 14 days the account can no longer be restored by yourself.
7. What is deleted
Deleting the account deletes all of the business's data in Domovleno:
- the business profile, locations, working hours, services and prices, specialists' profiles;
- every booking, past and upcoming;
- the client base: names, phones, emails, notes, visit history and reviews;
- the booking page and the business website: texts, photos, logo, styling;
- messenger conversations with clients, reminder and message settings;
- connected payment services and messengers, with their access keys;
- AI assistant chat history;
- the owner's and specialists' logins: email, password, Google or Apple sign-in, linked Telegram, devices registered for push notifications.
For the first 14 days the data stays untouched so the account can be restored. We erase it for good no later than 30 days after you confirm the deletion, and it leaves our backups 30 days after that (see the Privacy Policy, section 11). Until the data is erased, a new account can't be registered with the same email — if you need that sooner, write to us.
8. What is kept, and for how long
- Payment records — your clients' online payments (amount, date, status, the payment reference at the payment service) and the invoices and receipts for the subscription and the platform fee. We keep them for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax records — at least 1095 days (Article 44.3 of the Tax Code of Ukraine). They contain no card numbers — we never see those.
- Backups — up to 30 more days after the final deletion, then overwritten.
- Technical logs (IP address, browser, errors) — up to 90 days.
- Data held by other services. The payment service you connected (mono, LiqPay, WayForPay, EasyPay or Stripe) keeps its own payment history under its own rules; fiscal receipts, if any were issued, stay in the tax systems. Emails and messages your clients already received stay with them. Deleting the Domovleno account doesn't erase these.
9. Specialists and clients
You are a specialist on a business's team. Your login is yours; your profile, bookings and schedule belong to the business. In the app or the staff app on the website, open Settings → "Delete my login". We remove your email, password and sign-in methods at once and sign you out on every device. Your profile and bookings stay with the business — the owner can delete them, and can also invite you again.
You booked with a business as a client. You don't have a Domovleno account: your data is controlled by the business you booked with. Ask them to delete your client record — they can do it in Domovleno themselves — or write to us and we'll pass the request on (see the Privacy Policy, section 10).
10. Contact
For questions about deleting your account or data, email support@domovleno.com or use the contact page. How we handle data in general is in the Privacy Policy.
