The product

Here's what it looks like in a waxing room

The booking page shows your client zones and combos with duration and price, and the booking appears in your calendar without you lifting a finger. Below is the same booking from both sides.

In short

Is Domovleno right for a sugaring or waxing specialist?

Yes, if clients come to you at a set time — at home, in a rented room or in a studio with several specialists. Every zone and combo has its own duration and buffer, and the client gets reminders and reschedules herself. The free plan takes unlimited bookings; Pro adds SMS reminders, separate logins for colleagues and emails to clients who are due back.

A good fit if

  • A sugaring or waxing specialist who works solo — from home, in a rented room or by the hour — and keeps bookings in DMs, a messenger or a notebook today.
  • A hair-removal studio with a team: each specialist has their own schedule and zones, and two bookings can't land on the same person at the same time.
  • A specialist who combines sugaring or waxing with electrolysis in 30, 60 or 90-minute sessions.

Worth knowing first

  • A client can't add several zones to a basket. Set up popular combos as separate services — for example «deep bikini + full legs + underarms» — with their own duration and price.
  • There are no memberships or multi-treatment packages. Every visit is its own booking; build the saving for regulars into the combo price.
  • Online booking opens no more than 31 days ahead, so a client can't book a visit 5 or more weeks out herself. Put the next booking in the calendar at the end of the treatment.
  • The confirmation email names the service the way you wrote it, while the SMS doesn't include the service name. If a client would rather not see the zone in her inbox, give the service a neutral name.

Where a waxing specialist's time goes

01
Underarms, bikini, a combo — all in your head
Your day is made of short bookings: underarms take 15 minutes, a bikini 30, a combo over an hour. You add up every visit in your head, and one late arrival pushes back every booking after it.
02
Hair still too short
A client turns up a week after shaving: there isn't enough length, the treatment goes worse or the time is simply lost. And you end up explaining the prep rules with her already on the couch.
03
Paste on your hands, «any slots?» in your DMs
You work on your own — at home or in a small room. During a treatment your gloved hands are covered in paste, so «any slots tomorrow?» only gets an answer in the gaps between clients, and the chat drags on all day.
One day

A sugaring specialist's day with Domovleno

No feature list — just what happens over a day of short bookings while your hands stay in gloves.

9:00
Morning: the schedule is already worked out
Underarms at 9:00, a bikini at 9:30, a 75-minute combo at 11:00. Each zone's duration and the buffer between clients are already in the calendar, so there's nothing to add up in your head.
11:20
A new booking while you're gloved up
During the combo, a new client opened the link in your bio, chose «full legs» for Thursday and booked herself. You didn't have to reply — it's already in the calendar.
13:00
Reminders went out without you
Tomorrow's clients got their reminders. One remembered she shaved only a few days ago and moved her booking to next week herself — the slot freed up today.
16:40
The next visit, booked before she leaves
After the combo you put her next booking four weeks out straight into the calendar while she's still in the room. The date is fixed, and the reminders will go out on their own.
19:30
Evening: what filled the day
Revenue, visits and no-shows for the day are in analytics. You can see what fills the schedule better: quick zones or long combos.
A sample day

A day in a waxing room: from underarms to electrolysis

Six bookings from 15 to 75 minutes: this is a day when every zone's duration is set in advance and the combo and the electrolysis session are set up as separate services.

TimeServiceDurationTypical price
9:00Sugaring: deep bikini30 min₴500–850
10:30Sugaring: full legs60 min₴750–1000

What Domovleno does

Booking software for sugaring: short slots, no overlaps

Reminders a day and two hours before

Right after booking the client gets a confirmation, then reminders 24 and 2 hours before: email on any plan, SMS on Pro. If she can't make it or shaved too recently, she reschedules from the link herself — and the slot frees up in advance.

Online payment for long combos

Turn on payment at booking only where you need it — say, for a combo or an electrolysis session. The client pays the full price of the service through Ukrainian payment services, straight to your account. Your acquirer (mono or LiqPay) can issue the fiscal receipt from your own PRRO if you turn fiscalisation on.

The money goes straight to your account via Ukrainian payment providers — Domovleno never holds it. Your acquirer (mono or LiqPay) can issue the fiscal receipt once fiscalization is set up.

Bookings from your bio while your hands are in paste

Put your booking page link in your Instagram bio or stories, and the QR code on your door or a flyer. The client picks a zone, sees the price and free times, and books with no app or account — you don't have to take your gloves off to reply.

Zones and combos with their own timing

You set durations in minutes: underarms 15, bikini 30, legs 60. The «bikini + legs + underarms» combo becomes its own 75-minute service, and a buffer after each treatment leaves time to change the disposable sheet. The booking page won't offer a slot that the treatment plus its buffer doesn't fit into.

Notes, visit history and the day's numbers

The internal note holds skin quirks, paste or wax, and which zone you started with; the history shows when she was last in. Analytics shows revenue, utilisation and no-shows by day — on any plan — and on Pro, Domovleno emails clients who haven't been back for a while with a link to book again.

From practice

Questions from sugaring and waxing specialists

What do I do when a client is running late and the next booking is right after her?

Build the margin into the service itself: each one can have a buffer after the treatment that blocks your time, so the next client can't be booked back to back. Reminders 24 and 2 hours before go out automatically: email on any plan, SMS on Pro. Write your lateness rules in the service description — the client sees them on the booking page before she picks a time. If the day still slips, move the next booking in the calendar: the client gets a notification with the new time.

How much time should I book per zone to leave a margin between clients?

Put the real treatment time in the duration and the margin in a separate buffer: for example, a deep bikini at 30 minutes with a 10-minute buffer after it. Duration is set in minutes, and the booking page shows free times on a 15-minute grid. The buffer belongs to the service, so for newcomers you can set up a separate «first visit» service with a bigger margin.

What if a client shaved recently and her hair is too short for sugaring?

Warn her before she books: put the length requirement in the service description — for example, «hair should grow to about 4–5 mm, usually 1–2 weeks without a razor» — and the client sees it on the booking page. That text won't go into reminders: service message texts can't be edited. A client who realises she shaved too soon reschedules from the link herself — no back-and-forth with you.

Why do regular clients move to another specialist?

One reason specialists themselves name is unpunctuality — when bookings sit back to back and every next client has to wait. A duration and buffer on each service keep the schedule realistic, and the next visit in 3–4 weeks can go in the calendar before the client leaves. On Pro, Domovleno emails clients who haven't been back for a while with a link to book again.

How do I build a sugaring client base from scratch?

First clients usually come from friends, ads and social media, then by word of mouth — so give all of them one link to your booking page. Put it in your Instagram bio and stories, and add the QR code to your flyers: the client sees zones with prices and free times and books herself. Every booking adds a client card to your base, and contacts from a notebook or spreadsheet can be moved over for free — clients get no messages while it happens.

What should I charge per zone so I'm not working at a loss?

Price from time: a zone has to cover the minutes it takes, buffer included, plus consumables — otherwise a «token» price eats your day. For reference, public price lists of Ukrainian studios put a deep bikini at ₴500–850, underarms at ₴250–350 and full legs at ₴750–1000. In Domovleno each zone is a service with its own price and duration, and analytics shows revenue by day and by service. If the price depends on the specialist, set up separate services: one service can't have different prices for different people.

Honestly about scope: what Domovleno doesn't do

Domovleno is booking, reminders, a client base, online payment and analytics. A client can't put several zones into one booking — that's what combos are for; there are no course memberships, no stock tracking for paste and wax, and no separate booking of a room or a device. There's no daily lunch break in the schedule either — the service buffer gives you the pause between clients. If what you need is order in short bookings and reminders for your clients, it works today.

Questions & answers

Common questions from sugaring and waxing specialists

Yes. Set up two locations — «home» and «rented room» — each with its own address and working hours by weekday. A booking in one location blocks your time in all of them, so two clients can't land on the same hour in different places. You can have as many locations as you like on any plan, the free one included.
