Reminders that protect the schedule
A confirmation right after booking, then a 24-hour and a 2-hour reminder — email, SMS or messengers. Whoever can't come cancels in advance, so you can offer the time to someone else.

For long sessions and new clients, enable payment at booking via Ukrainian payment providers: an hour of your time isn't held “just in case”, the money goes straight to your account, and the acquirer issues the fiscal receipt.

Booking 24/7 — no phone calls
Clients pick the therapist, the type of massage and the time on your booking page — in the evening, on a weekend, while you're in session. Every service has its own duration and price: 45 minutes, an hour, ninety minutes.
Client cards and session history
Contacts, every session and notes — “lower back, moderate pressure, fourth session of the course” — in one card. You can see who dropped out of a course and who's due for a nudge.
Therapist schedules and analytics
Each therapist's shifts, days off and vacations in one calendar, with a buffer between sessions for airing the room and resetting. Analytics shows occupancy, revenue and no-show share — on every plan.
Notebook, international CRMs or Domovleno
Domovleno is booking, reminders, the client base, online payment and analytics. Prepaid packages and session bundles aren't in the product yet — a course runs as separate bookings in the client's card, and packages are on our public roadmap with no dates promised. We don't keep medical protocols or diagnoses: if you operate as a medical facility, Domovleno can sit alongside a specialised system as the booking front.
